ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
1. Application and supplements must be filed in triplicate.
2. Application must be typewritten or printed in ink.
3. Answer all items, with particular attention to Page 3.
4. Application must be delivered to Chairman or Secretary no later than 15 days prior to first Thursday of each month.
Submit application as soon as possible because it will be returned if incomplete or not described satisfactorily.

The Board felt a 16 foot garage was not necessary, and
that a 14 foot wide garage with a 7 foot breezeway was
sufficient since there was no hardship demonstrated.
This would allow you to stay within the zoning regulations.

of the Waterbury Savings Bank in the outstanding balanc of $11,179. 5
which the Grantees herein assume and agree to pay as pa t
consideration for this transfer.
