The sign shall be approximately 4' x 1011 double-faced, externally lighted, perpendicular to John Fitch Boulevard and located approximately as shown on the map submitted. The sign will be 14 feet to the bottom and 18 feet to the top. The Board recognizes the need for a sign to identify the location of business on a well-traveled divided high- way. Also, the size of the sign is consistent with others which have been allowed in the area. This action is effective July 19, 1978, and upon filing in the Town Clerk's Office.
