ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
1. Application and supplements must be filed in triplicate.
2. Application must be typewritten or printed in ink.
3. Answer all items, with particular attention to Page 3.
4. Application must be delivered to Chairman or Secretary no later than 15 days prior to first Thursday of each month.
Submit application as soon as possible because it will be returned if incomplete or not described satisfactorily.

Res App, No. 1262-78
Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals
requesting a variance of Article 5. 2, Section 5, to allow
an above ground pool closer to the sideline than permitted
on premises known as 21 Grace Road, has been approved.
The Board noted the contour of the land and the septic
systems make placing a pool in any other location unfeasible.
Said variance will be for 16 feet, and will be limited to an
above ground pool approximately 24 f t. by 4 f t.
This action is effective June 14, 1978, and upon filing
the enclosed form in the Town Clerk's office.
