Windsor, Conn. 06074 Dear Mr. & Mrs. Lamb: Re : Appeal No. 1249-78 Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals requesting a variance of Article 5. 29 Section 5, to allow two undersize building lots and less than permitted frontage on premises known as 480 Foster Street, Zone A-30, has been granted. The Board feels this would be the best use of the existing situation, and is in keeping with the character and frontages on this side of the street which are all 100 foot frontage lots. The Board noted that when the house was built on the lot an extra lot was purchased and the requirement was 100 feet which has since been changed to 150 feet.
