The construction shall be in accordance with the map filed with this applica- tion, and the garage will be 24 ft. x 22 ft. , and not 24 ft. x 24 f t. as shown on the map. The Board felt the shape of the lot presented a hardship, and there was no other place on the lot to build a garage, and further noted that the pre-existing garage precluded zoning regulations.
