The Board feels you are operating a non-conforming business and should have a variance to operate said business. As a result of your voluntary testimony, you indicated you were operating a business from this location with more than one employee without the proper temporary permit to do so, and, therefore, it would be impossible for this Board to grant you permission for parking trucks. The Board feels this would be in violation of existing zoning regulations. The Board also notes the fact that several near-by neighbors appeared in opposition. Yours very truly, vg Robert W.
