This application is filed to comply with the General Statute. In addition to the area variance, there is an application for a building set-back and lot depth. variance which is not made under the provisions of Section 48-24 of the Connecticut General Statutes as .Amended. The decision shall be within the sole discretion of the Zoning Board. Should the Board desire an explanation of the application as it relates to the proposed property taking, upon receipt of due notice, this office will be pleased to send a representative to explain the taking only. This is also to advise that the property owner will be contacted before the hearing date by a representative from this office who will thoroughly explain all details of the application as it affects the property. It would be appreciated if this matter could be heard within a period of 30 days to facilitate the highway construction program for this project.
