MEMORANDUM
March 2, 1993
TO: Marcia A. Banach, Director of Planning
FROM: Jerry C. Iazzetta, Town Engineer
RE: Coven Mountain Subdivision - #90 36
We have noticed surveying activity in and around the Coven
Mountain site, apparently in anticipation of construction
starting this spring. There are a couple of concerns that should
be addressed prior to actual earth moving.
With the change of ownership and contractors, we feel that
another pre-job meeting would be beneficial to all parties. Any
of the concerns that they, or the Town, might have could be heard
at that time.
According to the Assessor's and Town Clerk's records, the 1. 81
acre parcel, as shown on sheet 2 of 13, and designated as N/F C.
L. & P. Co. , is currently still C. L. & P. Co. property. The
title to as well as the work on the streets and detention basin
will be clouded, until this is resolved. It is felt that this
should be resolved prior to work starting on that property.
