The drainage swale shown on Sheet 2 needs clarification. In the area just past the proposed dumpster, new spot elevations are shown. Are these the top of bank elevations or bottom elevations? Also the detail shows the depth of the ditch as 1 .5 feet but the contours/spot elevations don't seem to verify this . Please have this clarified. 2 . A note should be added to indicate that the barn and stumps should be removed from the site. 3 . Berman & Frank Wayne Russo Dear Ms. Banach: This is to confirm our telephone conversation concerning th above matter. Berman & Russo occupied the above property in June of 1992 . At that time, the amount of our landscape bond was reduced from $5,000.00 to $1,000.00. We were told that the remaining portion of the bond would have to be held by the Town until one year had passed to ensure that the plantings on our site were alive and growing in the spring of 1993. This is to confirm that after one year the plantings on our site are doing well. I would appreciate it if you would accept this letter as our request for the return of our $1, 000.00 landscaping bond. Thank you for your cooperation.
