MEMORANDUM November 14, 1990
To: Marcia Banach, Director of Planing
Re: Collins Resubdivision - 90-65P
We have reviewed the drawings dated October 1990 for the
proposed Collins Resubdivision and have the following
comments :
Resubdivision Plan
1 . There are no bearings shown--only angles . Please have
bearings indicated on drawing.
Building lines are not indicated.
3 . There are no monuments shown along the entire frontage
of this parcel. Monumentation should be provided--eight
( 8) merestones should be sufficient.
It is suggested that the applicant provide a plan indicating
the future use of the remaining large parcel to prevent a
possible future hardship on this land.

We are pleased to advise that the Planning and Zoning Commission

building permits will be issued until the proposed
contours, floor elevations and location of footing drains
have been approved by the Town Engineer.
3 . Drainage for this subdivision is subject to the approval of
the Town Engineer.
4 . If, for any reason, finished grading and other site work is
not completed, the Town Engineer shall determine the amount
of a cash bond to ensure final grading and site work. This
cash bond must be submitted prior to issuance of a
Certificate of Occupancy.
5 . All lots shall be serviced by the Town of South Windsor
sanitary sewer system -and are subject to the approval of
the Water Pollution Control Authority.

stamp and authorized signature of the Town of South
Windsor.
10. No building permits will be issued until all modifications
have been complied with, and the final plans have been
filed in the Town Clerk's Office.
11 . Bearings must be shown on the topographic plan.
12 . Monumentation must be provided along the entire frontage.
Black and white transparent mylars of Sheets #2 & 3 with the
