Dear Mr. Gilligan:
Sigma Software, currently located at 1009 Sullivan Avenue, is undergoing a
building expansion. Work on the expansion is scheduled to finish sometime in
April of 1984. We are very crowded for office space and are hiring additional
employees for whom we do not have adequate space.
To cope with this situation, we would like to rent a trailer office for the
time period from the middle of January, 1984 to May 1, 1984 or until the
addition is completed, whichever comes first. During this period we would
place the trailer behind our existing building so that it would not be visible
from Sullivan Avenue or to patrons in the shopping plaza parking lot. In
addition, we would place the trailer in a location agreeable to both the Fire
Marshall and the building official.
Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
Yours truly,
Wayne Glaser
