The site plans shall be modified as follows: A. A strip at least seven feet wide with appropriate turning radii shall be shown on the plans in the rear of the properties. This strip shall be loamed and seeded. B. The final plans shall be modified as shown on the preliminary plans dated 5-7-79. 2. After construction of the buildings, the area shall be loamed and seeded and landscaped with plantings. 3. There shall be no further development of properties in Savin Parkcentre until drainage has been designed for zero increase in run-off. 4. A drainage assessment fee in the amount of $950. shall be submitted. 5. A surety bond in the amount of $4,000 shall be submitted to insure completion of the plantings. 6. A filing fee in the amount of $8.00 per sheet shall be submitted prior to this plan being filed in the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of South Windsor.
