Please be advised that the Planning and Zoning Commission
voted to approve a site plan of development for property of
Admiral Moving & Storage Company, located on the west side
of Ellington Road as shown on a plan prepared by Lucek
Engineering Assoc . , Inc . dated 10/11/83, revised to 2/7/84 ,
entitled Project 83-63 , subject to the following modifications:
1 . All drainage on this site is subject to the approval of
the Town Engineer .
2. Water must be provided to this site from Ellington Road and
the location of the hydrants is subject to the approval
of the Fire Marshal , and this shall be reflected on the plans .
3 . Outdoor lighting must be provided and shall be in accordance
with Section 8. 7 . 3 of the Regulations .
4 . This approval is subject to all the conditions of approval
of the Inland Wetlands Agency.
5 . Surety bonds in the amount of $10, 000 to ensure proper
installation of public water from Ellington Road, and in
the amount of $5 , 000 to, ensure completion of drainage, must
be submitted to this Commission prior to filing the final plans .
6 . No building permits will be issued until the final plans have
been filed in the Office of the Town Clerk.
7 . Prior to commencement of any site work, a meeting with the
Town staff is required.
Black and white transparent mylars of the plans with the above
modifications must be submitted to this Commission to be stamped
Planning & Zoning Commission -2- 3/2/84
and signed and must be filed within 90 days in the Town Clerk ' s
Office (by May 28 , 1984) . The letter of approval of this Commission,
as well as the Inland Wetlands Agency, must be reproduced on the
mylar , and three paper prints shall be submitted to this office .

At the February 25, 1985 meeting the South Windsor Inland Wetlands Agency
approved with conditions Application No. 310 for the yxwyose of constructing a
n w industrial building within 6 months, on property located at 420 Ellington
R,:�ad, South Windsor, Connecticut.
The permit is based on the plans entitled "Admiral Moving and Storage"
prepared for Robert Miltie, 420 Ellington Road, South Windsor, Connecticut, by
.-age Engineering, Inc. Such plans are dated January 12, 1985, sheet 2 of 2
being revised February 14, 1985; sheets 1 through 2 of 2.
The following conditions must be adhered to for this permit to be valid:
1. The proposal is subject to the approval of the Town Engineer.
2. The application shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town of South
Windsor against any liability which might result from the ;roposed
operation or use.
3. The permit is valid for one year and shall expire February 25, 1986, if
not initiated and completed within one year from the date of approval.
