Mr. Milkie said there are presently 12 trucks on his site and there might possibly be another 4 to 5 trucks with the addition of the new ,warehouse. However, he wants the storage space capability more than parking spaces. His company would lease the parcel from the owner on A which the new warehouse is to be built. There was discussion on the requirement for some paving to be done on the driveway and Mr. Milkie said he hoped eventually to put down bitu- minous. He said there would be a sign on the front of the building and lighting, similar to that on the existing warehouse, will be located on the new warehouse. The parking area to the rear was mainly to allow h the trucks room in which to turn around. The warehouse is for storing household furniture in pallets, stacked three deep. in- There was considerable discussion on the inconsistency in the regulations ed. on establishing the building line in a. site like this, where the street line is not perpendicular to the side lot lines. An amendment to clari- 0• fy the definitions will be proposed at a later date. 00. om Mrs. Evans made the motion, seconded by Dr. Andrus, to approve the site development plan of Marjorie Milkie for a 5049 sq. ft. warehouse on Ellington Road, as shown on plans dated August, 1972, subject to the following conditions which shall be shown on revised linens: 1. A maximum of 15 trucks shall be parked on both sites and it is ps recommended that all trucks be parked overnight to the rear of the new warehouse facility. 5. Outdoor lighting shall be located on the proposed building in such a manner as not to have any objectionable glare off the premises. d. Motion was unanimously voted and so ordered. Item" 1. The Cinnamon Springs condominium was discussed at length, with Mr. McLaughlin advising that all written reports will be submitted at the Commission's next meeting. He will advise Mr. Brophy of the follow- ing additional requirements: 1. Street lines should be established along Pleasant Valley Road and Clark Street and a quit-claim deed provided to the Town to the satisfaction of the Town Attorney. 0 2.
