A waiver for 13 parking spaces is granted in accordance with Section 8. 4. 1 . 2 . Dumpsters shall be located on concrete pads and be adequately screened with stockade fences . 3. No outside storage will be permitted on these premises . 4. Landscaping at the southwest corner shall be modified to show plantings around the corner of the building. 5 . No building permit will be issued until the final mylars have been filed in the Town Clerk' s Office. 6 . Prior to commencement of site work, a meeting must be held with Town Staff . 7.
