Box 559 A i i William E. Grace, Esquire 25 Oakland Road South Windsor, CT 06074 Re: John Samsel Office Building, Buckland Road/Escrow Agreement for Sidewalks with Town of South Windsor Dear Bill: John Samsel has deposited a $5,000.00 passbook with the Town of South Windsor to secure the Town for the $5,000.00 sidewalk bond which was required by the Planning & Zoning Commission. However, as of this moment, we do not have an escrow agreement setting forth the terms of that $5,000.00 cash escrow. Kindly draft a very simple escrow agreement detailing the manner of calling the bond using the money if the Town of South Windsor proceeded with sidewalks within the time period specified by the Planning & Zoning Commission and the approval letter, and specifying the automatic .return of the money to Mr. and Mrs. Samsel if the Town does not proceed with sidewalks within two years of the date of approval of the application by the Planning & Zoning Commission. I am not requiring that matters be delayed until such time as the escrow agreement is in place, but I would request that you expedite drafting of the agreement so that I may sign it on behalf of the Town and present it to the Planning & Zoning Commission for filing with the passbook or letter of credit if one is substituted.
