An application fee of $25. is required for filing items #1, #5 and #7. 4. A subdivision processing fee of $25. per lot ($50. minimum) is required for filing items #2, #3 and A. 5. A $20. deposit must be submitted with any item requiring a public hearing. This deposit is for a sign to be placed on the property by the applicant advertising the public hearing. A 24" x 36" black and transparent plan, printed on polyester film, shall be submitted to the Commission to be stamped and signed. The plan shall be stamped in accordance with the "Rules and Regulations of the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors."
