Dear Mr. Cameron:
References Application #1467-89
At the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals held on July 10, 1989,
a variance was granted to Section 5.2 to create a lot with 136'
frontage (150' required) at property located at 133 Miller Road, AA-
30 zone.
The hardship with this appeal is that the lot was originally
purchased for future subdivision. This proposed lot is also
consistent with surrounding lots .
This action is effective July 21, 1989 and upon your filing of the
enclosed form in the Town Clerk's office at your own expense.
Very truly yours,

RE: Cameron Subdivision
We have reviewed the drawings dated 8-16-89 for the proposed
Subdivision and have the following comments .
r Sanitary lateral is not defined i.e. size, type, pipe,
invert.
2. Roof drainage not addressed.
Without a soil classification for these lots, we are
unable to make a recommendation as to whether foundation
drains are required.
The proposed lot line dividing the two lots causes the
existing gravel driveway apron with the ROW to encroach
upon the new lot.
