Please be advised that the public hearing for Ryan Business Systems
application for a Site Plan of Development for property located
on Governor' s Highway, known as lot #28 , Parkcentre, has been
scheduled for Tuesday, July 16 , 1985 at 8 : 00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers of the South Windsor Town Hall.
Signs advertising the hearing should be placed on the property,
to be visible from all public streets, at least 10 consecutive days
prior to the hearing. The signs may be purchased in the Town Hall
at a cost of $5. each. You may wish to contact Mr. Bob Kaye at
Savin Brothers since he will be erecting signs on the same parcel
of property for the resubdivision application.

Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing of the Planning and
Zoning Commission on Tuesday, July 16, 1985 at 8:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers
of the South Windsor Town Hall, 1540 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor, to consider
the following:
1. Application of Hartford Jewish Federation for a resubdivision of land
on Governor's Highway, known as lot #28, Parkcentre, IP Zone.
2. Application of Ryan Business Systems for a Site Plan of Development for
property located on Governor's Highway, known as lot #28, Parkcentre,
IP Zone.
3. Application of Clark Realty, Inc. for an open space resubdivision in an A-20
Zone, known as "Pleasant Valley Homes II, Section II," located on the
westerly side of Clark Street, consisting of 25 lots.
4. Application of R.S.K. Contractors, Inc. for a Special Exception and
Site Plan of Development approval as required in the DA-15 Zone, for
approximately 30.8 acres of land located on the east side of Route #30, south
of Mill Pond, to permit 16 two-family and 68-single family dwellings in
a development known as "Lakewood."
Copies of these applications and maps more clearly defining the property are
on file in the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of South Windsor. At this
hearing intersted persons may appear and be heard and written recotnnendati.ons

Please be advised that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted
to approve the above site plan of development for property
on the south side of Governor ' s Highway, in an IP zone , as shown
on plans prepared by Palmberg & Russo , dated 6-5-85 , Map 85013 ,
subject to the following modifications :
1 . Outdoor lighting for pedestrian entrances and the parking lot
must be indicated on the plan.
2 . Monuments along Governor ' s Highway must be shown.
3 . No outdoor storage is permitted.
4. A waiver is granted in accordance with Section 4 . 8 . 4 . 5.D .
5. No building permits will be issued until the final plans are
on file in the Town Clerk' s Office.
6 . Prior to commencement of site work, a meeting must be held
with Town Staff .
7. This approval is subject to the conditions of approval of
the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission .
A black and white mylar, together with three paper prints, with
the letters of approval of this Commission as well as Inland
Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission, must be submitted to the
Commission to be stamped and signed. The mylar must be filed in
the Town Clerk' s Office within 90 days of the date of approval
(by October 28) .

property located on Bidwell Road, as shown on a plan prepared
by Gardner & Peterson Associates, dated 7-29-85 , Map No .
6178-Q, I zone.
4 . Approve, with modifications, the application of R. S . K.
Contractors , Inc . for a special, exception and site plan of
development for approximately 30. 8 acres located on the east
side of Ellington Road, south of Mill Pond , to permit 16
two-family and 68 single-family dwellings in a development
known as "Lakewood" , and approved issuance of building permits

Dear Mr. Ingalls:
At the July 15, 1985 meeting, the South Windsor Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation
Commission approved with conditions, Application No. 333 for the Construction of a
7200 sq. ft. office and warehouse building to be used as sales and warehousing for photo-
copier sales company on property located at Lot 28, Governors Highway, South Windsor.
The permit is based on the plans entitled "Parkcentre, Governors Highway" prepared
for Ryan Business Systems, Inc. by consulting engineers of Palmberg & Russo. Such plans
are dated 6-5-85, there being no revisions; sheets 1 and 2 of 2.
The following conditions must be adhered to for this permit to be valid:
1. There will be no stockpiling beyond the line marked "77" on the
topographic map.
2. The only work done beyond that line will be the planting of trees.
3. Type of tree plantings will be worked out with town staff.
4. A bond of $5,000. is required.
5. Construction activities shall be subject to the approval of the Town Engineer.
6. The application shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town of South Windsor
against any liability which might result from the proposed operation or use.
7. The permit is valid for one year and shall expire July 15, 1986 ifnot
initiated and completed within one year from the date of approval.

Town to guarantee the completion of a small section of
Governor's Highway in connection with the resubdivision

The work was completed long ago, but somehow, the bond

matter on the agenda for the Planning and Zoning
Commission for the release of the bond.
