Re: Pleasant Valley Homes - Section 4-A (11 Lots)
Dear Commissioners:
Enclosed herewith you will please find an application for the remaining
eleven (11) lots in Section 4-A. The applicant has previously paid the sub-
division processing fee of $25.00 per lot for these eleven (11) lots with its
previous application for approval of the entire thirty (30) lots. It should
also be noted that this Commission held a public hearing regarding the entire
thirty (30) lot resubdivision and it would appear that another public hearing
may not be required subject to your discretion.
I further wish to advise you that the Inland-Wetlands Agency along with
the Sewer Commission has previously approved these eleven (11) lots for dev-
elopment. The detention basin, storm drainage, water line, sewer line and
roadway have been substantially completed in Section 4 and will be entirely
completed at the time when the Commission reconsiders approval for this
eleven (11) lot section.
Should the Commission require any further information, please do not
hesitate to write or call.
Very tpjly yours,
Le of
