Re : Stockpiling
The Planning and Zoning Commission voted to approve a two year.,
temporary and conditional permit from May 30 , 1984 to
to May 29 , 1986 for the stockpiling of earth on property
located north of Dart Hill Road and east of Newmarker Road,
as shown on a plan prepared by Reino E . Hyyppa & Associates ,
dated 5/29 /84 , Map No . 180-83-1D , subject to the following
conditions:
1 . The earth will be moved to this location from Pleasant Valley
Homes beginning with the stockpile on property located at 109
Margaret Drive .
2 . During transport to this site all loads must be covered .
3 , Proper sedimentation, erosion and dust control measures must
be taken, subject to the approval of the Town Engineer .
4 . Proper staking and flagging to delineate the extent of the
stockpile must be done .
5 . The South Windsor Police Department must be kept current
on truck routes and movement .

Re : J. M. J . Construction Co . - Stockpiling
Clark Street site
The Planning and Zoning Comission voted to approve a two year
temporary and conditional permit from June 26th , 1984 to
June 26th , 1986 , for the stockpiling of material on property
located on the west side of Clark Street , as shown on a plan
prepared by Reino E . Hyyppa & Associates , dated 6-5-84 ,
No . 43-80-lA, subject to the following conditions :
1 . No work shall commence until the above map -is modified in
accordance with this approval , and is submitted to the Town
Engineer .
2 . The existing stockpile on this site shall be shown.
3 . A paved stub road must be shown on the west side of Clark Street .
4 . The plan must be modified to remove the proposed subdivision lines .
5 . During transport to this site , all loads must be covered .
6 . Proper sedimentation , erosion and dust control measures must
be taken, subject tothe approval of the Town Engineer .
7 . Proper staking and flagging to delineate the extent of the
stockpile must be done .
8 . The South Windsor Police Department must be kept current on
truck routes and movement .

TOWN OF SOUTH WINDSOR
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
At the June 25 , 1984 meeting , the Planning and Zoning Commission
voted to take the following action :
1 . Approve ,with modifications , the application of Vito Covensky
for an Open Space Subdivision of three lots in an RR zone ,
located on the west side of Abbe Road , south of Garnet Lane .
2 . Approve , with modifications , the application of R . J . Alexander ,
Inc. for a resubdivision of 6 lots located on the south side
of Brookfield Street , opposite Wentworth Drive , in an A-20 zone .
3 . Approve , with modifications , the application of JCP Wood
Products , Inc. for a site plan of development for property
located at 560 Nutmeg Road North , I zone .
4 . Approve a temporary and conditional permit for stockpiling
on property located on the west side of Clark Street , north
of Smith Street , for J . M. J . Construction Company , to
expire June 25 , 1986 .
