All the Catch Basins on Section V are in need of cleaning. 2 . As Built Drawings of the Storm and Sanitary Sewer should be submitted. 3. The drainage outfall , located at the north end of the cul-de-sac in the open space, was not constructed as shown on the Plans--and is totally unacceptable. The entire outfall, including rip-rap, should be rec nstructed . 4 . Street-line monumentation appears not to have be En completed. 5. The entire slope along the west side of Lot #39 should be topsoiled, seeded, and stabilized to eliminate the erosion that has taken place . 6. The top course of bituminous pavement is not in place on approximately 650 linear feet of the subdivision road (± Lot 50 to cul-de-sac. 7 . The sidewalk along the north side of the road, in front of Lot #47, is incomplete . 8 . The area around the east end of the cul-de-sac is in need of fine-grading, loaming, and seeding . 9 . A large pile of dirt and debris is present at th south- east corner of Lot #47 . This should be removed . 10. Debris has been placed in the open space adjacent to the road on the north side of the cul-de-sac . This also should be removed. 11 . Several sidewalk panels are in need of replacement along the north and west sides of Lot #39 . With these required improvements outstanding, I recommend that the amount of the bond be reduced from $50, 000 to $18, 000 .
