Maps and plans, as defined in the applicable regulations, shall be submitted in triplicate with the application forms. 3. An application fee of $25. is required for filing items #1, #4 and #6. 4. A subdivision fee of $25. per lot ($50. minimum) is required for filing items #2 and #3. 5. A $20. deposit must be submitted with any item requiring a public hearing. This deposit is for a sign to be placed on the property by the applicant advertising the public hearing. The check will be returned to you when the sign is returned to the Town. 6. Application for Zone Change (item #1) shall comply with Section 11.2.3 of the Zoning Regulations. 7. Kelley Dear Mr. Kelley: This is to notify you the Planning and Zoning Commission voted to approve your application for a zone change from RR to A-30 on property located on the east side of Ellington Road near the intersection of Foster Street. Within 90 days from the date of approval (February 11, 1980), you shall submit a plot plan (1" = 40' ) showing the distance and bearings of all boundary lines and acreage of the land where the zone change was granted. The plot plan shall be drawn in accordance with the rules and regulations of the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, and shall be stamped and signed by a Registered Land Surveyor and submitted on black and transparent polyester film. A filing fee in the amount of $8.00 per sheet shall be submitted prior to this map being stamped and signed by the Planning and Zoning Commission and filed in the Office of the Town Clerk. The effective date of the approved zone change shall be the date of filing of the map. It should be noted because this property is located in the Avery Brook Watershed, it was the general feeling of the Commission members the drainage problems on the site shall be corrected to work in conjunction with the Soil Conservation Service detention basins.
