When submitting the plans for approval, please keep in mind the fact that the Commission does not want any driveways exiting onto Dart Hill Road or Avery Street. Furthermore, we realize that detention areas are required, however, this should not preclude the possibility of other open space areas to the north. Also, the Commission wants the pu ping station shielded, and the intersection of Lawrence and Avery Street realigned.
