Enclosed is a copy of the cover letter from Attorney Grace to Mr. DeMai le dated April 11 , 1985 which referred to a letter of Alexander Te lizzi 's dated April 4, 1985 concerning the trees. I hope this puts the question of whether or not Mr. Terlizzi did in fact make the property an eyesore by cutting the trees, to rest. I might note parenthetically that in the course of building a road and seven buildings with parking areas and driveways, a substantial number of trees would be cut in any event.
