We'll hold our Regular meeting on September 2nd, and will hold public hearings on September 9th or 16th. It will be impossible for us to schedule this public hearing within the 65 day limitation, and we would appreciate it if the applicant would grant us a 65 day extension of time. I'm enclosing a brief form he can sign, and return to us, so that we can vote to accept it before we adjourn. Thanks for your help. Ginny 7/2 Memorandum for file Re: South Ridge Ests. I spoke to Connie Eriksson. When IWA approved section I they also approved Section II, at the same time. She would like to have Emil come in to talk to IWA (and he's meeting with them on Monday 7/28), however, technically Section II has already been approved. She said in our approval still make it subject to approval of INA. She'll let us know early Tuesday morning before our Public Hearing what happened at the meeting with Emil on the 28th. This matter must be decided before October 2nd, which doesn't seem likely, and we would appreciate it if you would grant the Commission a 65 day extension of time to decide this application. Furthermore, the Commission feels Section I has not progressed satisfactorily due to the overall site condition and continuation of erosion on the entire site.
