Dear Ivir. Gardner:
After discussing your Application No. 030 for Green Ridge Section
III in South Windsor, the Agency feels additional information is
needed to make a determination on your proposal. The following
are some of the concerns and questions the Agency has regarding
this proposal: J
1. Details on a 100-year storm with particular regard
to what will happen to the existing stream and its
banks and what elevation the water in the pond will
rise to during this type of storm.
2. Iore detailed information regarding the proposed
detention pond and what its water storage capability
is proposed to be.
3. Specific information regarding the inlet to the pond.
4. `fv-hat will 'happen to the existing drainage pipe (out-
let) which is located under the dam during various
intensity storms.
5. the differences that will exist between a 25-1 50-
and 100-year storm with the proposed drainage plan.
6. From the plans submitted regarding the drainage and
road elevation which exists adjacent to Lot 58, it
appears the house will flood during storm conditions.
If this is not so, please explain.
7. A complete open space plan is needed with particular
regard to the grading and seeding of the area.
Mr. Everett 0. Gardner —2— Narch 23, 1976
It will be necessary for the Inland `.letlands AjF;ency to meet with
you again when you have the above information available. We meet

Dear Sir:
It has been brought to the attention of the Inland Wetland
Agency a great deal of debris has been deposited on t.he
edge of the stream flowing on your property located on
Foster Street, South Windsor, Connecticut.
As the dumping of material in a watercourse can reasonably
be expected to impair, alter or destroy a watercourse or
may create a source of pollution to a watercourse, this
action must cease immedio-tely.
