Simons and Konover for a subdivision into four lots of property located near the Candlewood Apartment site on Ellington Road, subject to the following conditions: 1. Easements for lot #1 and lot #2 to drain storm water across lot #4 shall be obtained. These easements shall be filed in the land records of the Town of South Windsor. 2. A 24" x 36" black and transparent map, printed on polyester film, and three paper prints of the entire subdivision shall be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission to be stamped and signed. This letter of approval from the Planning and Zoning Commission shall be reproduced on the map as part of the final plans. A filing fee to be determined shall be submitted prior to this map being filed in the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of South Windsor.
