Dear Buck:
Please find enclosed an application to the Town of South
Windsor Planning and Zoning Commission with respect to the
proposed 4 lot subdivision of property belonging in part to
Rosella A. Whitney and I. R. Stich Associates, Inc. together
with our check in the amount of $100. 00 covering the sub-
division application fee. Would you kindly schedule this for
the earliest possible meetina on an informal basis so t at it
may e e ermine ether or not the Commission approves o the
roa con i uration ro os Also in -attached o e
application road plans and a preliminary subdivision layout.
In addition, you will find enclosed an inland wetlands and
water courses application for the Town of South Windsor. I
am of the opinion that we do not need any approvals from the
inland, wetlands agency, however, I was advised by your office
that it would be appropriate to explain to them what was being
done in this particular area. In addition, I have enclosed
our check in the amount of $15. 00 to cover the inland, wetlands
and water courses application. If the $15. 00 is not needed,
because of the fact that no approvals are required from the
inland, wetlands agency I would be happy to retrieve my check
at your instruction.

Re : I. R. Stich Associates, Inc. - four lot
subdivision - Robert Drive, South Windsor
Connecticut
Gentlepersons:
As you know, this office represents I . R. Stich Associates ,
Inc. , the applicant with respect to the above-captioned sub-
division. The undersigned appeared before the Commission on
behalf of the applicant on February 27, 1979 at an informal
meeting to request advice with respect to the road pattern
and layout for this four lot subdivision. The question was
whether or not the road as shown on our priliminary plan
would connect through with a proposed road on a subdivision
entitled "Southridge" , also currently under consideration by
the Commission. The Commission was to determine whether or
not they wished our road to end in a cul-de-sac or to
continue through to connect with the adjoining proposed sub-
division.
As of this day we have not yet heard what decision the
Commission has made with respect to this question . Until a
decision is made, we will not be able to prepare our final
subdivision maps for this four lot proposal .
Your kind advice in this regard would be extremely helpful .
If there are any further questions with respect to this pro-
posal , or this road layout which could be answered by
another appearance of the undersigned before the Commission,
please feel free to contact me at your onvenience .
Thank you for your anticipated coope , tion ,

Dear Attorney Twachtman:
At the May 24, 1979 Special Meeting, the Planning and Zoning Commission
reviewed the map for the four-lot subdivision of I. R. Stich Associates
located on Robert Drive, South Windsor. It was the consensus of the
Commission that the road should be redesigned as a cul-de-sac, and should
not go through to the abutting subdivision.
This item will be placed on the Agenda for the June 5, 1979 Special Meeting
of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Please have the plans revised
and plan to attend this meeting (8:00 p.m. in the Orange Room of the
South Windsor Town Hall) to discuss the subdivision. If you have any
questions, contact Buck Page, Town Engineer, at the South Windsor Town
Hall (644-2511 ext. 29) . Thank you.
