CERTIFIED MAIL
Mr. and Mrs, Ralph H. Grondin
765 North King Street
South Windsor, CT 06074
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Grondin:
Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals
requesting a temporary and conditional permit to allow the
continued existence of two greenhouses on property located
at 765 North King Street, A-40 Zone, has been granted.
This permit is valid for two years and may pass onto Richard
and Linda Dage sse, who appeared before the Board as prospective
buyers of your property.
The Board voted to grant this application because the existing
conforming condition of the property is not expected to change,
both parcels will be under common ownership and the inconvenience
of moving the greenhouses is not justified. -
Very truly yours,
