1. Application and supplements must be filed in triplicate.
2. Application must be typewritten or printed in ink.
3. The applicant or his representative must be present at the Commission Meeting.
4. Application Fee of $25.00 required for filing Items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 to defray expenses.
Applications, other than for subdivisions, shall be accompanied with three copies, of a map, minimum size 81/2 x
11 inches, drawn to scale showing the land, buildings present and proposed, plot depths and measurements, street
and building lines, also a measured distance to nearest street corner, names of abutting property owners, and a
sufficient portion of surrounding area to make such a map readily intelligible, and the subject property either
shaded or cross-hatched.
If approved, the Zoning Commission reserves the right to request and the applicant hereby consents to furnish,
within sixty days following approval, three maps prepared by a qualified civil engineer or surveyor showing the
items above.

Dear Mr. Terlizzi:
_As discussed yesterday with Mr. McLaughlin, Mr. Page, you and I, the
approval of the site plan is a function of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
The conditions stated in the approvals of 1-09-76 and 11-29-77 were determined
by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
The following items concern the Engineering Department:
1) The placement of the road and proposed buildings with the potential
of the access road eventually becoming a Town road.
2) The storm drainage system will be complete.
3) The proposed detention pond indicates an excavation of about 7,000
cubic yards, and a potential pond in its place. Consideration should
be given to whether it is to be wet or dry and how. A development of
a conservation plan will be required.
4) The disposal system design will have to be the result of current
testing. The high water elevation of the detention pond could effect
the design of the disposal system which in turn can effect the elevation
and grading of the building.
5) The plans, as submitted, will come under the 4.11 section of the zoning
regulations.
The items in this review are preliminary only and can be used in your design.
Your presentation to the Planning and Zoning Commission will influence their
decision. If you have any questions, please feel free to call.

PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
At the May 1, 1979 meeting, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted
to take the following action:
1. Approve, with conditions, the application of Jennison Wright Corp.
for a site plan of development on property located on the SOILth side of
Sullivan Avenue in an Industrial Zone.
'2. Approve, with conditions, the application of A. J. Terlizzi for a
site plan of development on property located to the rear of 52 Burnham Street
in an Industrial Zone.
3. Approve, with conditions, the application of Jean T. Hill for a site
plan of development on property located at 136 Rye Street in an
Industrial Zone.
4. Approve, with conditions, the application of Jerome Associat s, Inc.
for a site plan of development on property located on the so th side
of Ellington road consisting of 23.570 acres, known as Cand1 wood II,
in a RA Zone.

This is to notify'you that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted to
approve your application 'for a site plan of development on property - -
-located to the rear of 52 Burnham Street, South Windsor, subject to the
following conditions: M
1. The-gas tanks underneath the roadway shall be removed, subject to
the approval of the Fire Marshal of the Town of South Windso
2. Pavement shall_ be extended to the edge of the proposed building.
The remainder of this lot shall be loamed and seeded.
3. The cul-de-sac shall be completed as shown on the plans.
4. Curbing shall be installed along the frontage of the lots. 7he -
Planning and Zoning Commission shall approve the placement of curb
cuts for each building.
5. The interior street shall be named, subject to approval of the Fire-
Marshall of the Town of- South Windsor.
6. The Fire Marshal shall be consulted regarding access to the site and-
his recommendations complied with. .'

7. A surety bond in the amount of 10 000 shall be submitted to insure
completion of the cul-de-sac, paving and curbing installation.
�C11 8. A drainage assessment fee in the amount of $300. shall be submitted.

9. A 24" x 36" black and transparent plan, printed on polyeste film,
shall be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission to be stamped
and signed. This letter of approval from the Planning and oning
Commission and the letter of approval from the Inland-Wetly ds Agency
. .shall be reproduced and made a part of the final plans. A iling fee
in the amount of $8.00.per sheet shall be su%mitted prior t this plan
being filed in the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of outh
Windsor.
