Delasco for a site plan of develop- ment for property on the south side of Pleasant Valley Road, as shown on plans prepared by Lucek Engineering, Inc. , dated 8/20/85, revised to 10/5/85, subject to the following modifications : 1. This approval is subject to the conditions of approval of the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission. 2 . Outdoor lighting must be shown on the plans. 3. "Jeffrey" Drive shall be correctly spelled on the plans. 4 . A waiver for six (6) parking spaces is granted in accordance with Section 8. 4 . 1. 5. The Town Engineer will review the parking areas and traffic circulation insofar as movement of trucks delivering automobiles is concerned, and report his findings to this Commission. Final approval of the parking and traffic circulation is required from this Commission. 6 . Prior to commencement of site work, a meeting must be held with Town Staff. 7. No building permits will be issued until the final plans have been filed in the Town Clerk' s Office. Within 90 days from the date of approval (by 1/6/86 ) , black and white transparent mylars of Sheets #1 and #2 , with the letters of approval of this Commission and the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conser- vation Commission reproduced thereon, must be submitted to this Coleman B. Levy, Esq. -2- 10/10/85 Commission to be stamped and signed. Three blueprint copies must also be submitted. The mylars will be filed in the Town Clerk' s Office after they have been signed.
