Dear Tom:
Re: Holiday Enterprises
NIS Sullivan Avenue, 450 ' west of Route 5
The Planning and Zoning Commission and Economic Development
Commission discussed the above site at the December 13th PZC
meeting, and agreed that it is extremely unsightly and probably
in violation of the Zoning Regulations.
There is an approved site plan on file, and I 'm enclosing a copy
of it together with the approval letter dated May 30 , 1979 . We
are holding a $25, 000 bond to ensure compliance with this site
plan.
Would you please check this site and report to us, in writing,
of any violations that exist and whether the owner intends to
conform to the site plan?
Yours very truly,
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

RE: HOLIDAY ENTERPRISES
NIS SULLIVAN AVENUE, 450 ' WEST of ROUTE 5
Dear Mr. Gilligan:
As you requested, I contacted the owners of the above caption
property. They have been very co-operative and promised to
clean up the site before the end of this year.
The trailers have been removed, grading has started on the fill
dumped there, and they are installing a barrier across the
entrance to prevent any future dumping.
Development of the property will follow the settlement of some
internal partnership arrangement.
Very truly yours,
