The Board noted there is a definite problem with drainage and approval , if required, from the Inlands-Wetlands Commission should be obtained, as well as approval of a site plan of development from the Planning & Zoning Commission. Messrs. Warren, Murrin, Cowles and Gerlt voted in favor of granting the variance, and Mr. Steben voted against- . This action is effective April 18th.
