Lot no.3 (station 9+00 to 12+50) is anticipated to be developed in the next 12 months. It seems prudent at this point of time for the Town to extend the service laterals (water and sewer) to the West curb line rather than disturbing the permanent pavement in the near future. In addition, the roof drains for lot no.2, Pol ymetri cs, are tied-in to the catch basin at station 12+85. This connection should not present a problem if the catch basin is tied into the manhole as detailed on your plans. Please advise us of your decision to extend the lateral since this appears to be the only lot scheduled for development on Nutmeg Road South.
