Dear Xs. Evans
Residents of Southnidge Lstates would like to appear in front of the
rlanninE and Loning Commission in regard to poor drainaLre, lawn subsiding,
water inba.sement and street floodinE. Lots 24, 25, 26, 27& 28 are being
affected by some of problems, some more than others.
Two members of the commission are aware of the rroblems on a first hand
basis, they are Ray Hallowell and Frank- Castro Jr.
Regrading and installation of sump pumps in some homes last spring was
done by the builder Rene Veilleux and Sons Inc. We do not feel these
items mentioned are solving the problems. We feel more could be done.

Re: Application #1258 - Southridge Estates
Dear Atty. Grace :
Please be advised that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted at their
July 28, 1987 meeting to deny your application for a 7 lot open space
subdivision on the east side of Nevers Road. The reason for denial is
that the Commissioners could not see any benefit to the Town from the 3
3/4 acres of open space offered .
