RE: Application #1246 - Anthony Marouski for a subdivision
amendment for property located on the southwest corner of
Pleasant Valley Road and Clark Street, RR Zone.
Dear Mr. Lanza:
Please be advised that the Planning & Zoning Commission voted on May 12, 1987
to approve your request for an amendment to your subdivision approval to allow
wells rather than public water for the newly-created building lots. This
approval is based on a plan prepared by John J. Connolly, Jr. dated 9-21-86,
Sheet 1 of 1, and subject to the following conditions:
1. The wells must be drilled and tested prior to issuance of a building
permit. If EDB is detected, an approved filter must be installed
before a certificate of occupancy is issued.
2. Wells must be drilled wells.
3. The Town Sanitarian must approve the wells.
Black and White transparent mylars of Sheet 1 of the plans, with this
letter and the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission approval
letter reproduced thereon, together with two blueprint copies of the
entire plan, must be submitted to this Commission to be stamped and
signed. After signing, the mylars will be returned to you and must be
filed in the Town Clerk's office within 90 days.
Very truly yours,
Planning & Zoning Commission
