Re : Application #1283 - Sanitary Waste
Dear Atty . Throwe:
Please be advised that the site plan of development prepared by Palmberg &
Russo dated 6-9-87 (revised 6-10-87) , project #84012 , is approved subject
to the following conditions:
1 . The plan must be modified as follows :
a) the square footage of the addition must be shown on the plan .
2 . This approval is subject to the review and approval of the Fire
Marshal .
3. Prior to commencement of any site work, a meeting must be held with
Town Staff .
4. No building permits will be issued until the final plans have been
filed in the Town Clerk' s Office.
5. An as-built plan will be required prior to issuance of a certificate
of occupancy per Section 4. 13. 10 of the Zoning Regulations .
Black and White transparent mylars of Sheet 1 and 2 of the plans, with
this letter reproduced thereon , together with two blueprint copies of the
entire plan , must be submitted to the Planning Department . After review,
the mylars will be returned to you and must be filed in the Town Clerk' s
Office within 90 days . After filing these plans, a copy of the receipt must be
submitted to the Planning Department.
