The only revision to the plans was the addition of the note "Parcel is not in a flood Hazard Zone, Existing Wetlands shown on these plans" and the change in the certification from a standard A-2 certification to the Long Form Title Insurance Certification. At this time it cannot be reduced to a maintenance bond as the Engineering Department is unable to inspect the road due to weather conditions. We ask that you request the maintenance bond sometime in the spring. Rake and seed the "snow shelf" onCorneau Way- both sides, the entire length. a 2. The brush pile at the end of the cul-de-sac must be removed and properly disposed of. 3. The slopes around the cul-de-sac must be properly stabilized (grass or other plantings) . 4. Curb and pavement repair be made on the easterly side of the road, just north of catch basin Sta. 3+42. 5 . Final submission and approval of "as-built" drawings. 6. A letter from your surveyor certifying that all iron pins and merestones have been installed as per the South Windsor regulations. The work will consist of cleaning and grading the swale to drain. You do have an application in before the Town to expand your park- ing area on the north side of the building. The cleaning and grading of the swale could be accomplished in conjunction with the new construction. If you do not get permission to install the new parking, the swale work must still be done.
