RE: Plan Review - Seventh Day Adventist Church , Foster Road
Dear Kevin:
The soil types as shown are ' from the Hartford County Soil Survey as
indicated . Their indicated encroachment could be about 2 , 000 sq . ft . for
the installation of the storm outfall . If installed as shown , it would
have a minimum impact on the wetlands.
The indicated construction limits encompass approximately 1. 5 acres
adjacent to the school site . Considering the small quantity of earth to
be moved and the existing restraints on either side, I don ' t expect much
adverse erosion effects.
If an approval were to be considered, the following conditions might be
appropriate.
1 . A bond in the amount of $3., 000 to be submitted prior to any
earthwork on the site to assure compliance with their plans,
sequence of construction and placement erosion berms as shown.
2 . Modify the plans to show the entrance pad .
The construction should not involve any more of the school site than
necessary.
Very truly yours ,

b) Zoning Regulations on Densities
4.6.4.1.d - Delete as written, and substitute:
Density: The overall density of the development shall not exceed 4.5 dwelling units

combined areas of regulated inland wetlands and watercourses, waterbodies, detention

percent (15%) shall not be included in calculations of the gross acreage. Computations

RE: Map No. 91-74-IJ," Seventh Day Adventist Church
Dear William:
The regulations require the as-built information to be verified
in the field as to location, elevation and completeness, as you
have indicated, and noting deviations from the original .
I can appreciate the effective value of 2' contours on this flat
site and your not showing them, but I think the finish floor
elevations plus the sanitary in some detail should be indicated.
I believe there was some variation in the installation. Also the
2 ' berm beyond the plunge pool wasn't built, no dumpster, two
handicap spaces instead of one, 68 parking spaces total, the iron
pins must be set and the shed is not shown.
If you would modify your drawing and resubmit, we would
appreciate it.
Very "truly yours,
