Rennie, Chairman South Windsor Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission 1540 Sullivan Avenue South Windsor, Connecticut 06074 RE: Fishman Application Review Dear Kevin: This application is for the construction of one building instead of four as per application #426. My comments of November 10, 1986 would still be applicable. Item #5 could be expanded upon in that there are two distinct con- struction phases; the building and the utilities, and parking lot. They can be built substantially without involving each other, they use separate crews. I would ask that the gravel base or even the binder be installed before the building permit is issued. This could eliminate a lot of wind erosion potential. The conditions as of November seem adequate. Very truly yours, I A. Bowen Davies Deputy Town Engineer ABD/jsv Enclosure CC: Fishman Michael J.
