The property in question is bounded westerly by New Marker Road and easterly by the boundry line between South Windsor and Vernon. It is in our opinion a logical extension of the residential development in Vernon. Among other problems, we recognize the necessity to have this area furnished by city water, city sewers and the drainage problems must be resolved. Collins, Esquire 21 East Middle Turnpike Manchester, Connecticut 06040 Dear Attorney Collins: In reply to your letter of September 14, 1977, the Planning and Zoning Commission heard a zone change application on property owned by Mr. Natisky on January 20, 1976. A unanimous decision to deny the application was made by the Planning and Zoning Commission on February, 3, 1976. I am sending you the minutes of these meetings, as they clearly indicate the Commission's concern over this property and the reasons for denial. You can attempt to solve the problems cited in the Commission's minutes by hiring a Professional Engineer. He can make his own evaluation of the entire matter, and can then present solutions to the Town for our evaluation.
