Re: Application of I. R. Stich Associates Incorporated,
2. 93 Acres - Abby Road, South Windsor, CT.
Dear Mr. Grace:
This office has filed a second Application for approval
of the above-referenced subdivision. The original approval was
granted on June 11, 1979. On July 9, 1979, we received a letter from
the Commission outlining four requirements before the plans could be
filed. Through an oversight in this office, we failed to complete
the four requirements before the expiration of the ninety days from the
approval date.
The new Application respectfully requests that the sub-
division be approved exactly as it had been approved earlier.
I apologize for the extra work that this may cause the
Commission, and thank you in advance for your understanding and
cooperation. Your earliest possible consideration of this Application
will be deeply appreciated.
