Dear Mr. Page:
Pursuant to our telephone conversation with you this date,
we enclose three sets of plans for the proposed extension of
Governor's Highway along the northern boundary of Parkcentre
to extend the street to the easterly boundary line of Savin
Brothers latest development parcel there.
Within a few days we will forward copies of the specifications
and bidding documents. Meanwhile, if there are any questions
on the enclosed plans or if you wish us to make any modifi-
cations in them prior to the work being put out to bid, contact
us accordingly.

Dear j 3r. Yamay:
This firm is preparing plans for an extension of the pavement
of Governor's Highway from its intersection with Nutmeg Hoag
as shown on the enclosed plan sheet.
Prom field investigation, it has been determined that the
present gas main along Governor's Highway ends into the gutter
area of the proposed pavement. We plan to have a curb in-
stalled there.
We believe that you may wish to extend this line further to
the east past the intersection so to have the end location
in the grass area on the north side of the street so that
further extension of this line will not require removal of
pavement.
Call us if there are any questions on what is planned at this
location.

Gentlemen:
This is to notify you that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted to
approve your application for a resubdivision of approximately 18
acres of land, into one lot and one parcel, on property located on the
south side of Governors Highway, subject to the following conditions:
1. Governors Highway, from Station 910 + 15 to Station 911 + 259
shall be constructed according to "Plan for Construction of
Governors Highway".
2. A surety company bond in the amount of $8,000 shall be submitted
to insure completion of this road.
3. Black and transparent maps, printed on polyester film, of sheet
#1 and sheet #3, titled "Resubdivision of Land, Property of Hartford
Jewish Federation", shall be submitted. This letter of approval
from the Planning and Zoning Commission shall be incorporated
onto the final plans.

PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
TOWN OF SOUTH WINDSOR
At the July 29, 1975 meeting, the .-Planning and Zoning Commission voted
to take the following action:
1. Approve the application of Hartford Jewish Federation for a
resubdivision of approximately 18 acres of land, into one lot and
one parcel, on property located on the south side of Governors
Highway, in an Industrial Zone.
2. Approve the application of Andre Charbonneau for a resubdivision
of land into two one-half acre lots and one parcel of approx-
imately 15.8 acres, on property located on the north side of
Pleasant Valley Road, in an A-20 Zone.
