Dear Mr. Kelley:
Re: RSK Contractors, Inc., Resubdivision, N/S Pleasant Valley Rd.
The above application has been reviewed by the Town Engineer, and the
following are areas of concern to the Commission, which you should be
prepared to address at the public hearing on May 20th:
1. Approval must be obtained from the Sewer Commission for possible
reassessment purposes and location of a new lateral;
2. As a result of a meeting with the Town Engineer, I understand the
following has been agreed upon:
a. In accordance with Section 2.6B of the subdivision regu-
lations, the proposed contours, house location, etc. will be approved
by the Town Engineer
b. Sight line distance east and west is critical, and, there-
fore, the driveway should be on the west side; and
c. Extensive recontouring will be required on the front of
the lot.
Furthermore, Mr. DeMallie informs us that the A-2 certification is absent
from both the topographic and plot plan maps, and the revision date should
be inserted on the maps. Please have this taken care of prior to the
public hearing.
Yours very truly,
