STATE CLEARLY AND BRIEFLY THE REASONS FOR APPLICATION
1. Application and supplements must be filed in triplicate.
2. Application must be typewritten or printed in ink.
3. The applicant or his representative must be present at the Commission Meeting.
4. Application Fee of $25.00 required for filing Items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 to defray expenses.
Applications, other than for subdivisions, shall be accompanied with three copies of a map, minimum size 81/2 x
11 inches, drawn to scale showing the land, buildings present and proposed, plot depths and measurements, street
and building lines, also a measured distance to nearest street corner, names of abutting property owners, and a
sufficient portion of surrounding area to make such a map readily intelligible, and the subject property either
shaded or cross-hatched.
If approved, the Zoning Commission reserves the right to request and the applicant hereby consents to furnish,
within sixty days following approval, three maps prepared by a qualified civil engineer or surveyor showing the
items above.

Gentlemen:
This is to notify you that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted
to approve your application for a subdivision of property into three
lots and parcel "A" located at 711-735 John Fitch Boulevard, South
Windsor in a General Commercial Zone, subject to the following
conditions:
1. A subdivision processing fee in the amount of $75. shall be submitted,
in accordance with State of Connecticut General Statutes ($25. per
lot x 4 lots minus $25. paid = $75.)
2. A black and transparent map, printed on polyester film, shall be
submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission to be stamped
and signed within 90-days from the date of approval. This letter
of approval shall be reproduced on the final plans as a part, thereof.
A filing fee in the amount of $18. shall be submitted prior to this
map being filed in the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of
South Windsor,

LEGAL NOTICE
TOWN OF SOUTH WINDSOR
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
At the October 24, 1978 meeting, the Planning and Zoning Commission
voted to take the following action:
1. Approve, with conditions, the application of RSK Contractors, Inc.
for a 10-lot subdivision of property, known as Oak Grove Acres,
located on Rosemary Lane, South Windsor in an AA-30 Zone.
2. Approve, with conditions, the application of Alvin R. Goodin,
Nicholas Vicenzo and Assunta F. Vicenzo for a subdivision of
property located at 711-753 John Fitch Boulevard into 3 lots and
parcel "A" in a General Commercial Zone.
Dated at South Windsor, Connecticut this 27th day of October, 1978.

Gentlemen:
We are in receipt of your final plans prepared by James E. Sheehy
& Associates.
The following is required prior to these maps being filed in the
Office of the Town Clerk:
1. A subdivision processing fee in the amount of $75. ($25. per
lot x 4 lots minus $25. paid = $75.)
2. A filing fee in the amount of $18.
These fees should be submitted in two separate checks, both payable
to the Town of South Windsor. The final maps must be filed prior
to January 22, 1979 or the subdivision shall be null and void.
