Farinella 445 Ellington Road South Windsor, Connecticut Dear Mr. and Mrs. Farinella: This is to notify you that there will be a public hearing of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday, June 14, 1977 at 8:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the South Windsor Town Hall, 1540 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor. At this time your application for a resubd ivision of two lots located at 445 Ellington Road in a RR Zone will be heard. Someone must be �L present at this hearing to represent this application. In addition, you shall be responsible for displaying a sign on the property advertising the public hearing. The sign shall be visible from a town street and shall be displayed for at least 10 continuous days prior to the public hearing. Therefore, this sign must be displayed by June 4, 1977. You shall deposit with the Town a $20. check for the sign. The $20. check shall be refunded when the sign is returned. Farinella 445 Ellington Road South Windsor, Connecticut 06074 Dear Mr. and Mrs. Farinella: This is to notify you that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted to approve your application for a resubdivision of two lots located at 445 Ellington Road, South Windsor, subject to the following conditions: 1. The driveway for lot #2 shall be located as far as possible from the intersection of Chapel Road and Ellington Road. 2. The dwelling on lot #2 shall be connected to the Town of South Windsor Sanitary Sewer System, subject to approval by the Town of South Windsor Pollution Control Division of the Public Works Department. 3. The dwelling and sanitary sewer hook up for lot #1 shall be shown on the plan. If the sewer location encroaches on lot #2, an easement shall be required. 4. A drainage assessment fee in the amount of $50. shall be submitted. 5. Prior to the building of a structure on lot #2, you shall provide a topographic map, drawn to a scale of 1 inch equals 40 feet, showing the placement of the dwelling and proposed contours and floor elevations. No building permits shall be issued until the proposed contours and floor elevations have been approved by the Town Engineer. If for any reason, finished grading and other site work are not completed, the Town Engineer shall determine the amount of a cash bond to insure final grading and site work. This cash bond shall be submitted to the Planning-Coordinator prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. 6. A 24" x 36" black and transparent map (printed on polyester film) and three paper prints of the resubdivision shall be submitted. This letter of approval from the Planning and Zoning Commission and the letter of approval from the Zoning Board of Appeals granting a variance shall be reproduced as part of the final plans.
