Re: App. #873, Hartford Jewish Federation
Lot #30 , Savin Drive, Resubdivision
Please be advised that the Commission voted last night to
approve the above application for a resubdivision of Lot #30,
as shown on Plans prepared by Palmberg & Russo, dated
December 19 , 1980 , revised to April 30, 1982 , No. 7862 ,
subject to the following condition:
1. A $50 drainage assessment fee shall be paid to the
Town of South Windsor.
A 24" x 36" black and transparent plan, printed on polyester
film, shall be submitted to the Commission to be stamped and
signed. The plan shall be stamped in accordance with the
"Rules and Regulations of the State Board of Registration
for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. " The technical
portions of these final plans shall be certified by either a
Land Surveyor or a Professional Engineer licensed to practice
in Connecticut. This approval letter shall be reproduced
• on and be made part of the final plans.
