Dear Marcia :
On August 7, 1985, we furnished a $2 ,500, 00 bond to the
Town to guarantee the completion of a small section of
Governor's Highway in connection with the resubdivision
of Lot #28 (Ryan Business Systems) ,
The work was completed long ago, but somehow, the bond
was overlooked. Please be kind enough to place this
matter on the agenda for the Planning and Zoning
Commission for the release of the bond.
Your cooperation' in this matter will be appreciated.
