PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing of the
Planning & Zoning Commission on Tuesday, July 22, 1986 , at 8 : 00 P. M.
in the Council Chambers of the South Windsor Town Hall, 1540 Sullivan
Avenue, South Windsor, to consider the following :
1. Application of Linwood Addington for a resubdivision of one
lot located at the northerly end of Oxbow Drive, as shown on
plans prepared by Ed Lally and Associates , dated May 2, .1986 ,
A-40 zone.
2 . Application o Dart Hill Realty, Inc. , for approval of
Section 4, co sisting of 29 lots, and Section 5 , consisting of
34 lots, of M untainview Estates, an open space subdivision
located on the north side of Dart Hill Road, A-30 zone.
3. Application of William Aman, Will-Mar Construction Company,
for a resubdi ision of 7 lots located on the east side of
West Road and north side of Strong Road, to be known as
Podunk River Estates , RR zone.
Copies of these applications and maps more clearly defining the
properties are on file in the Office of the Town Clerk of the
Town of South Windsor. At this hearing, interested persons may appear
and be heard and written recommendations will be received.

At the July 29 , 986 meeting, the Planning & Zoning Commission voted
to take the foll wing action:
1. Approve, wit modifications, the application of T. Mistry,
Nitey-Nite M tel, for a site plan of development for property
located at 1 19 John Fitch Boulevard, GC zone.
2 . Denied, with ut prejudice, the application of Linwood Addington
for a resubd ' vision of one lot located at the northerly end of
Oxbow Drive, as shown on plans prepared by Ed Lally and Associates,
dated May 2, 1986 , A-40 zone .
3. Approve, wit conditions , the modified plan for Phases VII and
VIII of Stra bridge Condominiums , located on the north side of
Ellington Ro d, MF-A zone.

Items 1 and 2 were app oved by unanimous vote
of the Commission. It m 3 was approved by a
vote of 6 to 0 with 1 bstention. Voting in
favor of the motion were Commissioners Evans ,
Montana, Rossi, Klenke, Castro and Asplund.
Mr. Sorenson abstained.
